The entire experience has left me… The entire experience has left me incredibly frustrated! Initially, I was promised three guys to move my baby grand piano, but only two showed up. They damaged a post outside my house during the process, and the piano sustained further damage because of its weight and inadequate manpower. Trying to claim has been a lengthy and unclear process, exceeding three weeks. I cannot recommend them unless you want your items damaged and frustration to follow.

The descended upon my NY suburban have like a whirlwind leaving no box unopened and no item neglected. Unreliable Unreliable. They’re only job was to get my contents of my apartment from one place to another and they lost so many different items. I did most of my packing and everything I packed got to my apartment. The day of the move everything they packed never made it. They are offering me $.60 per pound which is a crime. How are they not responsible? Beware of this moving company they are inexperienced and unorganized
