Care Move…AMAZING AGAIN We moved last weekend using Care Move again after using them for our last move 7 years ago. The same experience was found: speedy, on time, efficient, polite, funny, helpful and the strongest crew we have ever seen. Bernadette and Lorraine were absolutely fabulous with arranging our date and being flexible even on a Friday and arranging boxes, we needed more. Amazing local service. A big huge thank you to all. What a great service What a great service! Our removal professionals turned up on time. They were so happy and positive. Care was taken with all our stuff i was so impressed. EASIER THAN EXPECTED MOVE We recently used Care Move in Sutton Coldfield for our house move. Bernadette came out to assess and quote for our needs. She was straight forward, yet friendly and we liked her honest approach. We did not seek a quote from another company because we felt comfortable with Care Move. We rang several times before our move for advice and Lorraine was always bright, cheerful, and helpful with lots of tips. (she is lovely) She is the person we would like on the end of the phone whenever we have to ring a company. We were impressed with the lads who did the move. They were a great bunch, Paul, Ken, Dylan, Sam and Macaully. We had a lot to move inspite of downsizing, but they swiftly emptied the house without causing any damage. It was hard work but their cheery banter and reassurance took a lot of the stress away from the move. They were easy to communicate with, knew their craft and though not ever ever wanting to move again, we would not hesitate in using them.

moving out of our home into storage Following an efficient review of what needed to be moved we received a very comprehensive and competitive quote. Two weeks before the move date our boxes and wrapping paper were delivered. I would like to add my thanks and compliments to the team who moved us out of our house into storage. They were professional and approachable with no request being too much trouble. Totally appreciated as they made what can be a very stressful day run extremely smoothly.

I used Caremove last Thursday 25th… I used Caremove last Thursday 25th Feb, to help elderly friends downsize into a retirement property. Phil & his team turned up promptly at 8.15 , introduced themselves very courteous and extremely helpful went very smoothly and fully loaded by 10.15 and all unloaded by 14.15.
