Metro was in contact with me until the… Metro was in contact with me until the movers didn’t show up. Not only was the estimate I was given and the actual cost of my move doubled, The movers assigned didn’t show up on the designated day. That’s when no one from Metro could be located. The company was closed on Thursday & Friday; even dispatch couldn’t be located for help. When the movers showed up (late) the next day, they added 200 SF to the load without measuring. What good was Metro’s SF if it’s wrong? It’s a horrible company. Do not believe the “reviews”!

GREAT! Pickup crew did a great job, Sales representative made any additional costs clear. All deadlines were met. Over all a great experience.

The second time to move apartments in… The second time to move apartments in OH. They were equally great both times. The movers were early/right on time, and were incredibly efficient, professional, and friendly.

Horrible Experience and Horrible… Horrible Experience and Horrible Company!!Trying to move my Mom from California to New Mexico. Took my initial inventory over the phone, I was told as long as we don’t add an Elephant or Grand Piano we are good. Price went up $1,800, once inventory was sent with measurements. Movers arrived and requested an additional $6,400 on top of what we already paid. No one will answer the phones or call us back. Please do not do business with this company. You will be sorry.
