Buyer Beware Buyer Beware. Do NOT DO BUSINESS with City Moving Group. They will charm with a sales pitch. Then pass you along to customer service and other bogus titled people who have zero interest in helping you as a client. They practice bait and switch and are unethical. They will quote you a lowball price based on an inaccurate assessment, then take a deposit. When you get close to your move, they will do another assessment and change the price whiles asking for more deposits that are nonrefundable. All while still trying to secure your move with another company at the last minute. They present themselves are movers but they are actually brokers and scumbags of the highest order.

HARASSMENT! This Guy Curtis keeps texting and harassing me after I told him I no longer needed his help DAYS AGO! then calls me and says "are all these texts necessary" when I told him to leave me alone and he became very belligerent and got matched with his behavior QUICK! DONT USE THESE GUYS THEY CLEARLY PREY ON YOUR HOME LISTINGS AND DONT UNDERSTAND NO!

I feel it was a SCAM I feel it was a SCAM! They quote you low then at the last quality assurance call they bump up the price. They are total salesmen. I don't want to give the mans name I dealt with but he makes you think he's on your side but once you give your commitment & deposit you never hear from him again. I didn't read reviews cause he seemed sincere. What a BIG mistake. I only have one tip for anyone looking to book through City Moving Group - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
