After 26 years After 26 years, my husband and I decided to move into a smaller house. We hired No Worries Moving and it turned out to be the best decision. The company is very transparent and honest, we paid exactly what we were quoted. Moving crew was really experienced and polite, they were very careful and protected all fragile items before moving them. Hopefully your business will grow. IF YOU HIRE THEM YOU WILL WORRY If you want to worry and stress during your move then hire them. If you want a stress free move don't hire them. These people are scam artists and should not be in business. Movers damaged my funiture and slacked off on the job now the company refuses to reimburse me after they promised they would. If for whatever reason you hired them DO NOT PAY THEM HALFWAY THROUGH ON ZELLE. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!

They showed up 6 1/2 hours late with no… They showed up 6 1/2 hours late with no call to advise me!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND FINALLY RECEIVED A CALL BACK 4 hours later, EXCUSE being the movers for 1st job never showed up and had to call for backup, and why NOT contact me?!?!? NO MONEY BACK BECAUSE IT IS AGAINST IL LAW TO DO SO!! NERVE RACKING & STRESSFUL; NOT TO MENTION HAD TO PAY EXTRA because they went over the 3.5 hours quoted!! UNACCEPTABLE!! THEY RUINED THE ENTIRE DAY!! NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Asked for managers name & number...went straight to VM and VM wasn't set up...mmm..I wonder why!?!?!.

Incredible experience with No Worries Moving We had an incredible experience with No Worries Moving. Their crew leader showed great skills in organization and made our 3 bedrooms house move to look so easy. Everything went very smoothly, they really cared to protect every piece of the furniture they moved! Rachel also showed great communication skills and followed up with us multiple times to make sure that everything is good and to share different tips for each stage of our preparation. I am so Pissed Off I am so Pissed Off. I have been calling this moving company that I hired to move me today. I was scheduled for 9am and they are a NO SHOW!!! I have been calling them since 7:30am and no one will return my calls. I have also been emailing them. Rachel claim to be so detailed oriented and compassionate but this is a lie. All they did was keep my $400.00 deposit. THIS IS A SCAM and I will be filing a police report and contacting the BBB. Money is already tight and you have the audacity to steal it. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
