The Court ENTERS JUDGEMENT against Smart Van Lines Group Inc. d/b/a Smart Van Lines and Priceline Logistics, LLC, jointly and severally, and in favor of Plaintiffs in the amount of $205,796.48. Plaintiffs are also entitled to statutory prejudgment interest at the rate of 8% per $17,835.69. Finally, Plaintiffs are entitled to statutory post-judgment interest at the rate of 8% compounded annually until the judgment is paid in full. Started this nightmare back in September when we were trying to move out of an apartment from hell and into our new home. We tried to do uhaul, crate movers like pack rat and the like but everyone was booked up past our move out date. So we started looking at movers and i did the usual tricks to make them sweeten the deal with talking about shopping around. We got them down to what we wanted and figured we would pull the trigger. Pickup turned into a nightmare as they scammed us on the numbers almost doubling the quote after we hand counted and measured every box and pieces of furniture that we had to give them an exact amount of volume. We has to abandon my couch, nightstands and bookshelves. They even had the audacity to claim that we didn't pack any items. After screaming at them about then trying to scam us they backed off and continued the move. We asked for the delivery date to be in early November in October as we had finalized the deal on a house. Week after week I was lied to and week after week my stuff was not being delivered. Everything was stolen after 2 months of constant calling. Smart Van Lines LLC filed a police report. So my world is completely upside down. Made a gofundme to try and offset some expenses as we are starting from scratch at this point. Don't know if it's okay to share it here but NEVER deal with these scammers ever. We have lost around $40,000 and priceless items.

I booked a hotel through Priceline I booked a hotel through Priceline. I am a gold VIP member of Priceline. A hotel maid tried to correct a freezer compartment that was full of ice by turning the thermostat to coldest setting which ruined expensive medication and food. Priceline had no communication from the owner of Ramada by Wyndham Anaheim even though Sam said he would send information to Priceline so I could go through them for compensation. Priceline would not agree to any financial compensation but instead offered over the phone a future 15% discount providing I would agree to that prior to them sending anything in writing. This in no way was satisfactory and they would not have anyone else considerate in their organization.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS! If I can save just one person from getting ripped off by this company I'll be very happy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS, EVER!!!!! I was not only lied to by the representative who I booked my move with, but was lied to by multiple other representatives. It seems to be the norm there. Not only that but they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to and showed up 2 hours late the next pick-up date. Not to mention that the delivery didn't arrive when it was supposed to. The end result was frustration, distress and sleepless nights, not to mention twice as much money as I was initially quoted. Save yourself, and your wallet, the headaches that come with Priceline Logistics. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM As a former customer I would advise everyone to stay away from this company and any company that conducts business with them. They will tell you everything you want to hear to get you to sign up with them, but when it is time for services to be performed, nothing is what they said it will be. They will initially quote you one price, but be careful because the price will go up by thousands of dollars several times more. I honestly believe they are a scam and someone should look at this company legally.

These guys are a scam outfit These guys are a scam outfit. Josh was the name of the contact that my 83 year old mom got screwed from. He is a liar that does not return calls. He is nothing but a middle man that subs out all work to the lowest bidder. My mother in the process of moving from California to Virginia has still not received her worldly possessions including my fathers ashes. She has now waited 4 months and nobody will help her. This is elder abuse at the highest level. She has paid almost 15K and still does not have her belongings. As I speak I have calls into the attorney general of California Nevada Florida and Virginia.
