GBNot an honest company I paid more than double the original quote. Delivery was not when expected, missing items, damaged items. Absolutely horrible customer service finally started a claim with a 3rd party only for them to email.me saying Venture Van lines requested my claim to be closed and to contact Venture Van Lines if i had questions. Lying, cheating disrespectful and flat out don't care about being a respectable company. You should be ashamed.

GBBravo!! Delighted with the service, ours was a BIG BIG move and the team worked their socks off. They always remained polite and careful throughout the move, even though it took longer than expected. 5 Stars? No!! I’m going to give them 10 Stars!!

GBScam This company is a scam. Please stay away from them. Worst experience of my life! Venture van line asked through trustpilot to add my review and explain my experience so this review is not taking down… venture van lines already once flagged my review few weeks ago… Venture van lines used my name on the contract ( without my consent) instead of the person who was actually moving from NYC to west palm beach. My name was used on the contract that stated I authorized to deduct monies from not my bank account. I never gave venture Van van lines authorization to use my name anywhere. How is that allowed? Further more the estimate that they gave was way off. So, yes I think this company is absolute scam. Our attorney has taking over this case and I’ve already asked venture van lines not to contact me ever again. Thank you.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! We chose this company because we were told the very inexpensive cost compared to other movers. What we should have done was read the reviews first. Given a price, then they changed it a bit because they said we had a bit more things to add to the list. When they came to pick up our furniture, they increased it several thousand more, but because they wrapped everything so well, we paid them again. When our furniture arrived a couple of weeks later then we were told, it was in a small van and it was water soaked and things were broken and warped. They said we owed a thousand dollars more than we were told. Argued and they finally agreed. We wouldn’t have paid but they wouldn’t unload if we didn’t pay first. Wish we could have seen the damage first before we paid!! Bad company!!

GBStill waiting for my confirmed refund This company doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. After reporting them to the BBB (complaint #20971947), Kate swore they were working on resolving the issue and that they take these matters seriously. She lied stating they have been speaking with me on the phone (to which we NEVER talked on the phone) stating they “explained” there was a delay. How do you delay a refund for 5 months? I never received anything from the company other than emails saying my payment was being processed AND the request to remove my negative review. Why would I do that when I still don’t have the money that the company has confirmed they owe me. I won’t say that these positive reviews are fake, but I will say based on my experience the negative ones are 100% correct. If you are considering this company, don’t walk, RUN away before you too are scammed out of your money or possessions.
