GBBrokers, Can't Guarantee Good Movers I had a mover scheduled, paid extra to ensure that they would accept a credit card, and had them arrive 2 hours past the original window and on the phone with another customer who was threatening to call the police. They wouldn't tell me the specified date of delivery and wouldn't guarantee the quote even though it was binding. Customer service rep I talked to was really nice when I first booked and was reassuring. Reality was very different. I lost my deposit and all funds because of them. It's going to cost me an extra $3000 to move because of this mistake of going with the cheapest but highly rated moving company broker.

GBWorst moving experience Movers came late and then attempted to charge me fees that Belmont said subcontractors explicitly didn't charge. It got to the point that the movers asked for payment in cash up front before they started to move. Beyond having to pay DOUBLE the estimated price for the move (6500$), this experience has been harrowing. Additionally, our belongings came late and damaged. For the love of all that is holy, AVOID BELMONT MOVING & STORAGE.

GBUntrustworthy Business I hired Belmont to coordinate an interstate move. I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Indeed Moving, the company Belmont sourced for this move.Both companies engage in questionabl practices,poor communication, and willingness to damage/lose customer goods. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied I expect better from moving companies and of 4 moves in the past 4 years have never been met with such incompetence and lack of care. To date, no one has called to offer an apology for damaged and missing items. If you care for your belongings, avoid Belmomt Moving and Indeed Moving. Indeed, you will be sorry.
