This company is nothing but a scam… This company is nothing but a scam company!..In June talked to Brooke Harris about get a quote to go from Kansas to Florida...She explained to me how this was a family owned trucking company and rated #1 in the industry!...I told her what day I was planning on moving...I told her July 19...She said oh WE WILL HAVE A TRUCK down there the week f the 17th, and she said her bother maybe on that job....So we went through inventory and she came back with a price of 3995.00...I put 1621.00 deposit...She told me it would be 1176 at pickup and delivery...We went over that amount 3 times to make sure it was correct!...4 days before by move, one of there customer support people called to verify and go over the inventory list again..I had added a washer and a dryer...He said, sir you were miss quoted it will be $2300.00 more, and they went ahead and charged my card..I had everything packed up, and already made 3 months rent on place in Florida, so was committed...He reinstated that they are the trucking company!..WRONG they are a broker, and sent out another company that charged me 9000.00..so now my move went from 3995.00 to 13000.00...And Brooke Harris gave me her personal cell number if I needed to contact her..I called that number..Person on the other end didn't have a clue who Brooke Harris is!..This company is rated F on BBB, with same type of complaints...wish I could give a negative 10 rating on this company!!

If only........ If only you could give at least a negative one on this review, I would feel better about it. I've learned a hard lesson with my move from TX to CA - trust your gut. If it is too good to be true, it is. And that is what I said to the sales person who was a smooth talker and less than honest with me. Not only was it more money, it took nine days to get deliver my things, and then several items were missing with no resolution to them. I have worked in transportation, brokerage, and claims and have never treated anyone like I was treated.

Our experience with them, moving from Texas to Colorado was one giant cluster after another. They constantly tried getting more money from us. They were near enough impossible to get in touch with and I'd never ever recommend them to anyone! It's a giant no from us!

This company is a disgrace to the moving industry, and I can’t emphasize enough how infuriating and appalling my encounter was. From the moment they stepped into our home, they seemed determined to squeeze every penny out of us. Additional charges were piled on so rapidly that I couldn’t keep track of the absurdity. It’s as if their entire business model revolves around deception and financial exploitation. But it didn’t stop there. Not only did they fail to move all our belongings, but they had the audacity to demand extra payments for our basic furniture, like sofas and beds. It felt like a sinister shakedown, and I’m astonished at their audacity. And let’s not forget the endless, baffling paperwork they thrust upon us. It was like they were intentionally trying to confuse and overwhelm us, with forms that seemed designed to keep us in the dark about the true nature of our agreement. It’s clear that they thrive on misleading their customers. The icing on the cake was their empty promise of a four-day delivery. Today, the supposed delivery day, was a stark reminder of their deception. Instead of our belongings, they had the gall to inform us that our items were unceremoniously dumped into storage, with a delivery window ranging from 0 to 14 days. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond infuriating. OnlyVans is not just a moving company; it’s a disgraceful scam operation preying on innocent people. My experience has left me seething with anger, and I implore anyone considering their services to steer clear. This company deserves nothing but contempt.
