GBStay FAR away from Navistar- rip off co.! They didn't provide any of what was promised. No help moving, didn't show at all to help. Following day, a truck, half the size needed and promised, showed up at 5pm with only a driver. WIthin the hour, 2 men showed up to help, hired as a day workers. One had no experience moving. One of the day workers wound up taking our piano to his house and it's still there! This is the biggest scam we've ever experience. They upped the price of everything just to get the rest of our stuff. Reported to DC and still waiting for them to investigate!

GBNAVISTAR IS A SCAM This company deserves a zero star rating. They have been everything but helpful. They lied about delivery service, don’t answer the phone, and are rude when they do. The delivery guy doesn’t even know details about where your stuff is going or how long it will take to get there. The Navistar Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I’ve read about several unhappy customers as well who didn’t even get there stuff. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.

GBDo NOT trust this company Never use this company to move your 83-year old mother. They will subcontract to a company that you will have no control or way to handle any issues that will come up. In my case, they subbed to a company with HUNDREDS of Better Business Bureau complaints for damaged goods and horrible treatment. The dispatcher, Alex became so angry when I simply asked clarifying questions that he began yelling obscenities at me and hung up on me without answering questions! When I followed up with Navistar customer service, they simply did not care nor was of ANY help whatsoever! Navistar sells a good story up front and Nicholas Demarco will sound believable to make the sale, but they will not live up to all of his promises. DO NOT TRUST this company with your move.

GBDo not use this company: Scam artists Do not use this company. I paid a deposit of $425 via Zelle and later decided to cancel my contract 24 hours later, within the allotted 72hours, to receive a refund. This happened in October 2022.. they promised to mail a refund check within 30 business days. It’s February of 2022 and despite calling/emailing multiple times I have not yet received the deposit. Better yet a moving company called me around the moving date I initially scheduled and he sounded confused when I said I cancelled the contract 2 months prior. Disgusting business.. they rob people! I don’t know how they are still allowed to do business!

GBTrusty movers My home has severe water damage, and all my belongings need to be immediately stored. I was able to book a time with Navistar Van Lines quickly, and they were great to accommodate me with a moving schedule per my needs. Highly recommended.
