Lies lies lies stay away they ripped… Lies lies lies stay away they ripped off my 82 year old parents for $1100. Promised certain date and driver said no way it will be 1-2 weeks. After contacting American rip-off now they said they cannot guarantee less you pay for full truck. They should fire Maria she lied through her teeth knowing this was a hard requirement.

They definitely seem and sound like… They definitely seem and sound like professionals. Took my money for their Broker deposit and said that they had mover truck available and ready. Instead no one showed up. When I asked for a refund they explain their cancellation policy forfeits refunds but they’re going to get a truck to me today. Here we are 10p at night and no one showed. They’re a scam. Now I’m out $1100 deposit.

POOR LOGISTICS INACCURATE INFORMATION My movers were to arrive on June 26 or the following work day, June 28. No show No call. Apparently not sufficient room an the truck. Pickup reassigned to June 30 July 1. Each day I would call and told the truck would be there on time. Then on the afternoon of Jul. 2nd I was advised that pick up would be "today" if not, call tomorrow that customer service would be open on Sat. of the holiday weekend. When my movers did not arrive, I recalled and greeted by an answering service that advised my inquiry would be forwarded to the company on July6th. I am waiting in my house which closed escrow yesterday hoping that I get moved before the new owners charge me rent

Terrible experience would never use… Terrible experience would never use this company again. They showed up 3 days late then wanted to charge an extra $2500 to a $2076 quote when the cubic feet amount of the shipment was nowhere near more than double the estimate. They then refused to take what we wanted and left keeping my deposit. Terrible customer service as well !!! It was a bait and switch as the subcontractor they hired were terrible to deal with and just wanted more money when they showed up.

Already contacted my bank BBB PUC and DOT also made a police report with Oakland park police department.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND NOT HONEST!! Can not believe this company is in business still. They took advantage of my mother. Their initial quote was $6000. Their second quote verbally was $8100, then their third quote was $9800. This company changes their quotes and their prices like it’s a thing to do. I will be reporting them to PUC, DOT and BBB because they are stating that they are not refunding us the money from the deposit that my mom left. I was told and I was on the phone today with a gentleman they said we can get a full refund of our deposit if We call 48 hours prior to the move they are declining it and telling us that we will forfeit our $1600 that we gave. This company is a scam stay away from this company.
