First experience with Best Bee Bros. I'd never heard of this company but was looking for something to keep mosquitoes off. Contacted the company and purchased some of their spray and a bug swatter. I'm in Ohio, so mosquitoes aren't bad right now. I have used the bug swatter several times and love it. It's not an instant kill but is a lot faster and easier than my previous methods of chasing a flying bug around the house.

Works great! Put the trap up with a little of the bee paste and in minutes we had a carpenter bee in the trap! Within the first week it was almost full. We put it up early (beginning of April) and that has really helped. Hoping for a carpenter bee free summer!

Newer Design Traps Don't Last As Long as They Should I have been using Best Bee traps for several years. The older design holds up much better than the newer design with the bottom you can open to dump out the bees. After a few years the traps start delaminating. The company told me they should last between 2 to 4 years depending on weather conditions, but I have the older model that has been up a long time and they don't delaminate. Plus, I have wood bird houses that have been up for many years and they are fine. It is something in how these particular ones are made.
