Waste of money like others said Waste of money like others said, there are hundreds of rats on our farm in maui they won’t touch the bait i put chicken feed in the tray and sprinkled some into the bait , 3 days in a row rat poop everywhere chicken feed eaten no dead rats, customer service said oh you need to train your rats !!!! Oh really now i must become a rat trainer to use this expensive trap ,!! Electric traps work much better just dont like the battery issue, i even lent it to my neighbor who has rats no luck there

Great Experience Overall Overall, my experience with Automatic Trap was great. There were some issues with the availability of certain products (of which I was in dire need), but can't fairly blame AT for shipping problems due to the Covid pandemic...and the product WAS finally "in stock" and shipped quickly. Linda Rithvixay, Customer Resource Mgr., was wonderful. She answered my somewhat irate email to the company in a timely, pleasant and professional manner and managed to reassure me and resolve my issue to my complete satisfaction. Best trap and company ever! I would highly recommend the A24 trap to anyone with a rodent issue. My neighbor has an open compost pit, and I'm getting 2 to 3 rats per day with this trap. If there's an issue that you need troubleshooting for, the customer service is fast and responsive. I can't find a single thing that can be criticized about either the product or the company.

Very satisfied Very satisfied. I installed it on Saturday and I woke up on Sunday to find two big fat rats there (I think they´re male and female). Easy to set up and looks well made and long lasting. I made a wooden base and upright to move it around and added a cocoa tin screwed to the upright to cover the lure holder, as I´m afraid my dog will chew the plastic top off to get at the chocolate. I´m removing a star, though, as I live in Spain and they don´t ship here, but they do to France (next door and part of the EU) and I had to set up a forwarding address to get it delivered.

I have tested these out for several… I have tested these out for several months/years. They work in all weather, inside or outside. Excellent for chicken coops. We need a smaller version just for mice. Thought the A24 does get mice, they have to put forth a great effort to trigger the plunger. A small mouse-sized Automatic trap would be in great demand if one were made available. Solid construction, excellent function, long lasting bait! I definitely recommend these traps for those who take rodent control seriously.
