Went on the site to unsubscribe and it was so confusing it showed I placed an order. Emailed them to cancel with in 5 minutes and called as well. Spoke to the representative and said couldn't do it was already being picked, LIAR!!!! This is nothing more than an overseas marketing company. Don't buy from them

I bought the spray and rat packs. I bought the spray. It worked OK but I had to keep buying it to keep them control. Raid was just as good and cheaper. The mice pack did nothing. I had some around the house and droppings were all around the packs. Found a nest in my drawer at my bedside. Then the top drawer was a rat snake. Guess he thought he was at the buffet. Had not seen any until this morning. Where there is one there is a pack of rats. Got to go hunt for them !

I don't like the fact that we have to… I don't like the fact that we have to assemble the bug traps. After looking at the video I was just as clueless as I was before. Would you please consider PRE-assembling so that people like me can take advantage of the product?

Love BugMD products… I have been receiving the Termination Station refill pads now for awhile and they work great. They helped rid us of a flea infestation a while back and we also use the BugMD concentrate. These are great products that work without harming my pets.
