GBNo loyalty No loyalty, no customer service mixed with total lack of responsibility. I have been using this company for termite control for over 23 years. I never receive a monthly invoice.when paying on their website they take the amount they want you to pay, not your contract amount. When you call to have these charges corrected they “have no ability to give refunds “…. When you ask for management “they can’t help you”… when asking for the name of your area manager “ they are not allowed to give you that information “…what can they do? Fill out a request to have the manager contact you. This takes up to 48 hours. Either the manager was not informed, has no concept of time, is busy with other unsatisfied customers or just doesn’t care I will never know. 🤷♀️. I will go elsewhere in search of customer service and consistent billing along with trustworthy accounting.

GBBad customer service Commercial advertisement did not expect what I requested. I had about 5 techs come to my house and they seem like they are not doing there job. I payed over $1000 + dollars and should deserve what it's worth. The last one was cussing cause he seems frustrated and the hole I wanted cover was never covered !!! Offer to help but he said he can do it. Don't ever trust them again, waste of money and 1 out of 5 was pretty good.

GBI would rate zero star if that is an… I would rate zero star if that is an option! It is a nightmare to work with Terminix. When they signed us up, they said we could cancel the contract if we move. We moved, but contract cannot be cancelled. And worse, we called many times to tell them we won't renew, including one month before the contract expiration date. They renewed our contract anyways. They said we called in December to cancel, which is too early. We must call on Jan 24th to cancel! Of course, we called before and after, those calls didn't count! We kept receiving bills, and repeatedly told them the same thing: we don't live there anymore and we wanted to cancel. Unbelievable!!! I spent hours and hours talking to them regarding this! From last December to middle of April, our account is finally cancelled. I would never use Terminix again.

CATerminix both thumbs down Terminix merged with/took over a number of other companies and the merger clearly didn't work at least on the residential side. Not only were the mice not removed but calls and emails were not answered. Service appointments did not come at the scheduled time. Take your business elsewhere

GBDo Not Use Terminix - Very Dishonest If you want the short, abbreviated version, do not use Terminix. They are dishonest and have an inability to do a professional job. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else. We contracted Terminix to remove all the insulation from our attic and close any holes on our exterior where they may be getting in. They gave us a quote of $19,000 to do the job. They were contracted to put 13 inches of insulation throughout our attic and close all of the holes around our house. They told me they completed the job, but when I checked, they only put half as much insulation and did not close most of the holes. We gave them an opportunity to correct their blatant effort to deliberately deceive. They spent the next week not answering the phone until I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. If you made the mistake of already using Terminix for your insulation, go back and measure. It is supposed to be 13 inches, and I can assure you, it is not.
