GBMy dryer broke down My dryer broke down and I didn't want to go and buy a new one just like that... decided to book through Puls and perhaps someone can push some life in this thing and they did! The tech they sent took about 20 minutes and got it working again... Saved me a lot of money and was barely a hassle. Thanks again.

GBWe had tons of issues that kept coming… We had tons of issues that kept coming up after the guys were called in and they went and extra mile to take care of everything. I am happy and I think the bill wasn't really reflecting how much work were actually done. Thanks.

GBNothing particular to point out here.. Nothing particular to point out here... they sent the technician over and it did take them a couple of hours, thought they will be faster but no harm done... got everything done on time and I'm satisfied.

GBMy technician was great My technician was great! He was here within the time frame that was quoted, and called before he got here to tell me he was on his way. He was able to fix the problem quickly and showed me how to use the disposal properly. The app needs to have a way to add pictures so you can document the model and serial numbers.
