I’ve had such negative experiences… I’ve had such negative experiences working with other companies but Tend has made me realize that people in the home warranty space actually do care for their customers! The price is a great value and being able to call my own service provider saved me a huge headache! The claims team was friendly and I got paid much quicker than other companies I’ve dealt with. 5 stars!

You Choose Your Repair Man, And Tend Pays The Rest! Tend Warranty is the most clear and upfront about their coverages, and what made them stand out from the other companies for me was that the let you select your own service handyman for the repairs, and will repay you the cost. I have had home warranties with other Big name companies before, and I learned that the coverage is not really what they making it out to be, because they will require you to schedule their own, biased, repair company who will lie about the condition of your appliance, and furthermore will refuse to fix it, so that the Warranty company doesn't have to pay. With Tend, you wont have to fall into that trap, because you choose your qualified Handyman.

At the moment I have not had a claim to… At the moment I have not had a claim to see how smoothly the process goes. But the premiums seem to be in line with similar type plans. I just feel they should catch up on the technology side some. We need to be able to have premiums deducted from checking accounts instead of paying fees the credit card Company charges. I will give them 4 stars for now.
