GBWe recently purchased a complete… We recently purchased a complete heating and air conditioning system from Fixd. There sale rep Jesse Cummins was very knowledgeable and gave us an unbelievable price. We did have some scheduling problems due to weather but Jesse was on top of it and kept us informed of the situation. But, except for the price, the best part of the experience was there technicians Chris and Fabio. These two young men were outstanding. Even though they had some unexpected issues during the installation, their knowledge and experience allowed them to come up with solutions without raise any concerns to us. They even worked late to finish the job in one day. Once again thanks to Chris and Fabio. .

GBFixd always finds a reason not to cover… Fixd always finds a reason not to cover stuff. I never had these issues with AHS. Please, run far away from this company. The wrote us a check for a fraction of our built in refrigerator when they couldn't fix it. They also claimed that an outlet on our house wasn't covered and then charged an exorbitant hourly rate to fix it. It's good that we're moving to another place because we will not renew this shoddy excuse for a home warranty company.

GBDenied per usual with these companies The plumber was fine but they immediately rejected it as a pre-existing condition which has been my experience with every single one of these companies I’ve ever used. We won’t be renewing after a year. Not worth the money. We could have paid our own plumber $225 and actually gotten the valve replaced instead of just turned off temporarily until we can have a “real” plumber fix it for good.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience, we have been without a fridge for 2 WEEKS! Imagine a financial burden of eating out for two weeks. On top of that, our hot water heater isn't working and they scheduled for someone to come and the guy didn't even show up after my husband took off work! Their scheduling department is so unorganized. Do not recommend. Since ya'll reply to these reviews and worried about your reputation how about you give us a call and FIX THIS because your chat and phone number customer service is unresponsive/unhelpful. Hope to hear from you ;)

GBDouble Billing Fraud! Had tech come out do the work and submitted the invoice to me and I paid 250.00 dollars on a credit card for the completed Job then later they submitted another invoice with my signature forged on the new document bill demanding another 90.00 dollars! Of course they can't process it without committing fraud under federal law with my credit card again without me signing again! They are fraudsters! STAY Away Beware! I have a receipt in my possession. I hope they do something stupid, so I can have them prosecuted for credit fraud.
