GBFirst time import, great experience This was my first time importing a vehicle, and I had a couple questions along the way. The customer support team at eezyimport patiently answered my questions. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future for any importing needs.

GBWould not recommend Eezy import has been a pain to work with. They got my paperwork filled wrong which ended up detaining my vehicle by customs for a month. No apology or explanation. I even got hit with a $200 dock fee for the car sitting at the port which they would not even acknowledge or attempt to do anything to help me out. Would not recommend as I paid hundreds of dollars in extra “fees” when everything was done incorrectly.

GBChat support eventually got it done Chat support eventually got it done, with patience. I think the online forms could be much more intuitive for filling and editing. I also found I had to close the chat window to actually send the revisions. This, using Mozilla. I was confused by codes and moreso, the online merging of ISF [demanded NOW] and arrival notice [much later] data.
