DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE! SCAMMERS. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are awful and it’s a total scam. They had my pickup set a week out. I was moving across the country. They canceled a day before. Said they could find another transporter but they quoted me 400$ more. I said okay. They canceled again. Had to argue with them to get my deposit back it took them a week to refund my money, and they did not want to. I told them I would be disputing the charge and reporting their company. Only then did they refund my money. BBB has no record of them. They are scammers. Because of this HORRIBLE company I was forced to be without my vehicle for over 2 weeks longer than expected. They may quote you a cheap price at first, then they ask for more money, constant cancellations, and no customer service skills at all. I LOVE my car and already had enough anxiety about shipping it and it not being in my care. They only made the whole process even worse for me and caused me a lot of stress with my move across country. Just find a company that’s professional and honest and has some sort of reliable office number you can reach, that doesn’t take your money before they even have a transporter that can move your car, and that is BBB accredited. Lots of scammers in this line of business. Be careful and do your research! Don’t make the mistake I made and just try and get the cheapest price.

If I could give zero Stars I would If I could give zero Stars I would. This company promised our to pick our car up yesterday . Not only did no one pick up the car, now they are not answering calls, messages, no one at the Alpha trax main number answers the phone. No answers to emails either. Now and book with another company but they still have us on the national board with their company so we cannot even book with anyone else. They do not have a driver to take my car, this is causing a huge delay. This is a most ridiculous unorganized company with very poor service. My parents are going to be in Florida next week where they meet the car, but likely it won't even be shipped even after they land there. And then it's going to take almost a week to get there. So now they don't have a car and this company does not care. Total scam, do not trust them.
