My experience with Precision Tax Relief… My experience with Precision Tax Relief has been 5-stars all around, and especially in comparison with other tax agencies (which were extremely scammy). PTR's staff (Taylor, Shana, Eric, Ariel, Tracy, and many others) was always able to answer my questions, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was fully aware of the fees. During the entire case, I knew that PTR would handle any issues that came up with the IRS, and this was an incredible stress relief. If anyone wants to get their taxes done properly and get caught up on their taxes -- I can highly recommend PTR, and I know you won't regret it.

Ms. Smith gave the highest level professional customer support and did so over a long period of time, through my tribulations and set-backs, and she remained consistent as a ruler straight line. Of all the customer service in person or on the phone, in my life, Heather Smith, at Precision Tax Relief, is the very best! She's polite, she listens, she answers the questions with aplomp, she is intelligent, and she was persistent. All the staff at PTR were very good but Ms. Smith was the best ever.

Precision Makes It Easy! Precision made a longtime personal burden VERY easy to deal with. Because of both chronic physical and mental health issues, I hadn’t filed my taxes in years. I was always worried that filing *this* year would only bring attention to it, and didn’t even know how to get right with the IRS. My tax professional at Precision, Trung Nguyen, made it so easy and was INCREDIBLY patient with me. And their secure portal makes uploading documents safe and secure. In the end, we’ve finished the last six years as required by the IRS, and it looks like I’ll come out owing $0. And now I can move forward without this hanging over my head. I highly recommend them. They’re professional, decent (as in kind), and I’ll happily go back to them to prepare my taxes next year.
