Took a long time for the initial person… Took a long time for the initial person on my case to gather all of my medical bills and the case switched between two people, but once it got to the lawyer he was at tentative and answered my questions and explained things in an understandable way. The person helping him Mr. Grayson, was also very prompt and helpful. Wish it hadn’t taken two and a half years to settle, but I guess that’s how these things go especially with COVID-19 included.
