My experience revealed unexpected charges, a need to pay for the same service twice, and a revolving door of legal representatives. The undisclosed hidden fees, especially the unexpected $400 charge for Statement of Use (SOU) after already paying for trademark assistance, left me feeling dissatisfied. Beware and read the fine lines to avoid potential pitfalls. UPDATE: the auto reply are not unique the company did not get my trademark I did it myself.
