Now Since I can not reach anyone at level one law I reached out to Global Holdings who collects the money. They advised that they will be able to close the account and end the money back to me. Now whether level one law does something against me is a different question. But I rather get my money back than wait to get a hold of someone at level one. At this point a chapter 7 sounds like a better option.

I wasn't sure at first I wasn't sure at first, but I received my first settlement the other day. Yes, the company takes their fees out first, and I was told this from the beginning. Hopefully, the next settlement will come soon. Level One Law so far has done everything I was informed.
