The communication not good!!! The communication was great at beginning but I’ve called emailed and asked for call back only to get please call the same number that couldn’t answer my questions the first time. My rep who promised to be with me through it all stopped returning my calls and stopped responding to my emails. Not happy

As the balance in my account increased As the balance in my account increased, Level One maintained contact updating my status. This was helpful and I am certain that future settlements will be communicated in a timely manner. Thank you.

After reading the reviews and also not… After reading the reviews and also not being able to reach anyone at level one law. I have decided to withdraw my money. Now Since I can not reach anyone at level one law I reached out to Global Holdings who collects the money. They advised that they will be able to close the account and end the money back to me. Now whether level one law does something against me is a different question. But I rather get my money back than wait to get a hold of someone at level one. At this point a chapter 7 sounds like a better option.

Sorry that I just now went to the BBB… Sorry that I just now went to the BBB site. On here there were many positive reviews but I guess they were paid for! I called once to ask where my money was going and was told I could cancel my contract. At that point I had already paid them $7000 and nothing was happening with any of my accounts. At this point, one year after signing up, I have one account that has been negotiated. I have received a court summons that has to be answered in fifteen days. As of today it has been 10 days, I have heard nothing from them and guess I am going to have to go to court myself with no representation. I have spent 90 minutes so far today listening to "Hold on I'm coming". I guess this is supposed to be funny, but I am about to lose my home! Go to the BBB before sighing up! After writing this review, coincidently, someone answered the phone. A very nice lady reviewed the summons I had forwarded to them and said that a lawyer had not had time to review the paperwork yet and that I was essentially on my own. So I will go to court, with all my paperwork and hope for the leniency of the court.

My Level One Experience From the beginning of this process, Level One was completely upfront about what will happen as the negotiations play out, and was very reassuring about how they will support this effort. They communicate often and clearly, stating what to expect, and what to avoid. To date, my plan is working as originally promised.
