Michael gave us the highest offer of any other company and treated us with dignity and respect. He happily negotiated with us on price, the terms of the contract, and he was very flexible when we had to keep moving our close date. Could have gone better! Ross took a care of me while selling my home, he did a great job,I mean a fantastic job. I give them a 3 star because items where stolen by their sub contractors totaling $2000 while they were estimatin repairs to the house and Big State wasn't present with them. They gave use $1000 for some of the items taken. But I would recommend being present when anyone walks the property.
