Bad attitude I called them and we talked and after 5 minutes they acted like i would just hand them over a grand without doing research or NOT getting paperwork or any credentials and then went on to get irritated because i wouldn’t hand them money. They have a bad attitude!

Higbee & Associates is Reliable and Professional Higbee & Associates took care of everything I needed and I never had to leave my house or talk to a human. They update you at every step of the process and answered my emails promptly. The process was a little slower than what was quoted due to COVID starting right when I signed up, but that was out of everyone's control. I highly recommend H&A for expunction and record clearing.

Incredible level of service, they've earned my trust. Their website and responsive emails made what would normally be a painful process much easier. They also sent me a note on completion that they're sending a refund of some of my fees since they didn't use as many hours for working on my case. I wouldn't have known, I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I will call Higbee for any legal work in the future, they're now my "Go To" lawyers. My initial consultation went better… My initial consultation went better than anything I expected from a law office. Elizabeth called me at my appointed time and went right to work with me. The consultation only took about 10 minutes and I was all set. The fee was as stated in their ad page. The payment is spread over 6 month. So I’m very comfortable with that. If the case is completed earlier than 6 month I’ll be more than glad to pay off the fee earlier. The payment portal was very user friendly and I was also able to upload some document thru it. Elizabeth sounded sincere and trustworthy. Thank you for making the process easy and comfortable for me.
