He was always available on the phone to answer questions, give advice or explain the next stage of the process. You get what you pay for You get what you pay for. Slow, unresponsive, changes without information, I had to call and request everything twice and over charged on the day of exchange even though I confirmed we'd paid three times prior, without warning and no reply in over month. I could go on and write more detail but its exhausting. Cheap and not so cheerful.
