Wonderful Experience with Boundless Advisors Nicole has been wonderful with handling my tax returns. She was quick, efficient and communicated every step of the way. She even found money that I should have been owed money for 2020 which is a huge plus! I would recommend her and Boundless Advisors to everyone!

I did not use Boundless advisors this… I did not use Boundless advisors this year. In 2023 I ended up having to file through TurboTax because Nicole did not complete the return on time. As others stated, she disappeared and would not respond to messages. She also promised to complete my local taxes for me, and did not, I had to file those on my own as well and they were late! I understand the need for a work-life balance, but as a tax accountant you are extremely busy for about 4 months of the year. To be successful, you need to provide more time to your clients and finish the job during tax season.
