DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Wish I had read their reviews before going to them after my hit and run. They never acted quickly to retrieve data on the accident leading to the claim being placed against my insurance company. Now, I am in danger of being dropped by my insurance due to the size of the claim! Once they sign you up, you have to chase behind them for follow up or to even speak to the lawyer for your case. When I did reach the lawyer, she was rude and refused to listen to me-the client, or address my specific concerns. They follow a script to ensure that they get the most off of your misfortune and do NOT adjust their strategy to cater to the specific circumstances of a case. I would never recommend this firm to anyone! They are NOT FOR THE PEOPLE.

Excellent experience with Dave Noble of Morgan & Morgan I had a motor vehicle accident. I specifically sought out David Noble of Morgan & Morgan in the Lexington, KY area. I had previously retained other counsel and that firm just did not meet up to the high standards that are necessary to litigate. Sure they were nice but that does not cut it when it comes to negotiating. Upon contacting Dave, I let him know the issues with the firm that I wanted to fire and also let him know specifics of my case. He accepted my matter and when I tell you Dave hit the ground running, I’m not kidding. He exudes confidence, speaks up for his clients, and moves the case along instead of sitting on it. My case settled in 75 days! Not everyone will have that same result but you will have the same confidence, quality, and communication if you choose Dave Noble for your personal injury matter. Do not engage their services unless to want to be thrown to the wolfs. I enquired about a potential lawsuit for AFFF Foam class action. They would not give me any information. I was inquiring about what the process involved. They would not divulge ANY information on the process until my son's widow would have to sign a contract. I informed them that my daughter-in-law wasn't ready to engage with a law firm. Then they wanted to get all her contact information. I would not give it to them and here it is one day later and they have called me twice today, Sunday, still trying to get her information. They are unprofessional and are out to get you to sign off on their contract. I told them that I did not want them to call me or go behind my back and try to call my daughter-in-law directly!!!

Morgan and Morgan, just a lot of hot air! I have seen all the advertisements and promises made by John Morgan. I contacted Morgan and Morgan in October over a Premises Injury Liability case as it occurred in Louisiana and I live in Florida. they referred me to one of their "partner" attorneys who called after a few days and said that they declined to take the case and would contact Morgan and Morgan and I would be referred to another lawyer. That was the last I heard from any of them, I sought another attorney to get a real response.
