Intuitive and easy to use Peopleclerk works mostly smoothly, has an intuitive interface, and made the process of filing a small claims lawsuit very simple. Not having any experience with the legal system, using peopleclerk saved me a lot of time and energy. When I encountered an issue, the staff was helpful and resolved things quickly. Worth the money. My first lawsuit with People Clerk I feel like People Clerk was with me at the court. I do appreciate step-by-step instructions throughout the whole process from starting the lawsuit, preparing evidences, sending the serve, and reminding what to do and what to say at the court. Without People Clerk help I don't think I can get an acceptable compensation through mediation. The mistake I made was not giving the Plaintiff's Receipt Packet to other party. Therefore, I did not get compensation for the cost I spent to sue.
