The court documents that were sent to me had an incredibly simplified method forwhere and what should I fill out, even had included envelope for sending them back. Regularly sent reminding e-mails for the next step in the dispute and the its deadline. The help I received from Francesca in closing the case was amaizing, although according to People Clerk policy, they are not obliged to do so. I recommend them to everyone who needs legal help in small claim dispute.

My first lawsuit with People Clerk I feel like People Clerk was with me at the court. I do appreciate step-by-step instructions throughout the whole process from starting the lawsuit, preparing evidences, sending the serve, and reminding what to do and what to say at the court. Without People Clerk help I don't think I can get an acceptable compensation through mediation. The mistake I made was not giving the Plaintiff's Receipt Packet to other party. Therefore, I did not get compensation for the cost I spent to sue.
