Great Company The rep was very responsive. Always kept me in the loop. Also the price was reasonable. They gave me hope when other companies wanted to charge outrageous prices as they told me to give up on sending in a trademark dispute.

This is my first experience with this… This is my first experience with this company hopefully everything was file correct and I have no more issues from USPTO. The only thing I see that I should change is I wish I had phone contact. The phone number I was given on the email I was sent after I paid; I could never reach anyone only by email. Sometimes I need you to explain to me verbally. Over all good experience.

Boris was spectacularly helpful I have a very busy work schedule, and I put this work off basically until the last minute. While dealing with 1) my only intermittent availability due to work, 2) the fact that because of my procrastination we were up against the USPTO deadline, 3) the fact that we were working well into the evening prior to Thanksgiving Day, and 4) the fact that I basically did not know what I was doing; Boris was spectacularly helpful, patient, and clear.
