I liked the initial filing process... BUT I liked the initial filing process with Trademark Engine, and I still do. However, approximately ten days later, and without warning, they charged my card an additional $175.00 for "monitoring services" to monitor for infringements on my trademark claim. My trademark has not been approved yet. I called, complained, and demanded a refund, which they processed over the phone. I am angry; they are sneaky, and I now must be guarded and anxious about their next deceptive move. Use the service, but watch them like hawks.

Not lawyer- just Admins It's important to know they are not lawyers. They filed my trademark incorrectly (classification + didn't submit all my proof) and I had to get a lawyer to help me get it fixed. TE referred an attorney but base don experience so far, I dont trust them so I hired someone else.

Very easy process Trademark Engine truly simplified the entire trademark acquisition process for me. Pay one fee and it’s done. They kept me up to date at every step. Kept me informed of the process. Taught me about potential scammers impersonating Trademark. I felt completely competent using trademark engine as my middleman.
