GBI liked the initial filing process... BUT I liked the initial filing process with Trademark Engine, and I still do. However, approximately ten days later, and without warning, they charged my card an additional $175.00 for "monitoring services" to monitor for infringements on my trademark claim. My trademark has not been approved yet. I called, complained, and demanded a refund, which they processed over the phone. I am angry; they are sneaky, and I now must be guarded and anxious about their next deceptive move. Use the service, but watch them like hawks.
