I didn’t receive any invoice, or receipt about this charge and whenever I tried to contact their customer service, they have not once picked up the phone. I’ve called more than 15 times, left multiple messages, left emails and nothing. Anytime I try to access my account (I have to reset my password) the website tells me “my reset link is invalid”. So I basically have no way of going into the account to see what the charge was about. I am so frustrated and annoyed at their customer service, just because of this I would never recommend this to anyone.
