Knowledge of the staff Garvin was knowledgeable and was not pushy. He was willing to go step by step with me on how patent search's work. So it did show me he was willing to work for the best solution. I have operated several successful sales floors in my career and been on several successful collection floors. Big promise Big promise, follow through is a joke, their experts are amateurs, you could get High School students that can do CAD better. The Design Department used my old logo and video that I paid for from another person. They talk a good talk but fail to actually a clue about companies to submit your invention to! You will be there top priority, they will massage you telling you all kinds of wonderful BS to get you to hire them. This company got me for $8,000.00, all I got for my money was a COMPLETE CON JOB.
