My father left his home to us 3 sisters, after many discussions, we decided that our youngest sister should have the house, since she quit her job and moved in with him to take care of him. We’re taking mine and our older sister off the deed, so it will belong to our sister. I felt it was very easy to read and use, I didn’t need to contact customer service, that’s how easy it was for this novice. The cost was fair, when compared to an attorney or a title company.

It was a good experience It was a good experience, but since I have some legal background I ended up using the posted form for the County in which I am filing a deed, so I did not really utilize legalnature that much. The form that you provided was not nearly the same as the form for Waukesha County, State of Wisconsin. thank you.
