I can't get anything to move forward… I can't get anything to move forward unless I call or email them to look at something, which at that time things then move to the next stage until I have to call or email again to move the case along. Just from the amount of time waiting on someone from your company to do something, this case has drug out at least two months if not more. Once I say something or ask about why it's taking so long, then it moves to the next stage very quickly until the next time I have to contact them for an update.
