GBUnacceptable Customer Service… I had a call today from a female intake specialist. As I started explaining my case she disconnected the call. I thought it was an accident, but then I received an email stating that they didn't have an attorney to work on my case, although I had yet to explain the case. Very bad impression.

GBI was given a price that we agreed to I was given a price that we agreed to. It’s a basic child support review. The first price was 2700 dollars. Now you want to charge me 6000 dollars more. That’s not fair. Now I’m not moving forward with this. I’m stuck paying 2700 dollars for nothing. Thanks for nothing. Maybe let some know that’s not the final price. I have a newborn baby. Thanks guy’s, I appreciate the help. I would not recommend this law firm. Run before you get started.
