Feeling overwhelmed scared and… Feeling overwhelmed scared and embarrassed by my tax issues, i called ideal tax, and heard everything i needed to hear, and scrammed to come up with the money to pay them. I was under the impression things would move quickly and my payments wouldn’t start till after progress was made. I was passed from “ case manager” and after my initial payment stopped hearing from them. After many attempts to get clarity on the status of my case, I contacted the irs directly and got all the help, information and respect i could ask for. I feel i waisted my money and was mis lead a bit. Skip the middle man and go right to the irs. If its to good to be true, it is.
