PKthe user interface is extremely rigid… the user interface is extremely rigid and limiting and the process has a lot of redundancy The 'schedule meeting' function is abysmal, it doesn't show available dates just lets you open it on your own and find out and when timeslots are available and you choose them, there is a delay before you are told that this meeting time is taken The Notaries themselves were awesome both times
