Avoid at all costs avoid at all costs! First, I was lured in by the "free" form ad. Filled out all the blanks and at the end it made me pay for a one-time $37 for the form I was requesting. Never received the form, called the customer support and sat on hold for 45 minutes. A total waste of time. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. A scam
