Documents needed to be filed prior to court date I went to court with all of my documents but was not told by squabble that I had to have sent them to the court prior to the court date. The judge told me to go and file them and gave me another court date. Squabble should make it a priority and tell this to their customers.

Response: it’s amazing how you can reply to my review in less than 24 hours but your company provides zero customer service to us. Do not justify your actions of providing poor service, train your team better.

One suggestion The filing process was simple. As my case moved through the system, I received updates. I felt that I had professional support from beginning to end. One suggestion I have for others: when you state the monetary settlement you are looking for, be sure to include the cost of filing. I didn’t include that cost but when I spoke to the company who owed me money, I told them that I wanted the filing cost included. They agreed and paid.

Service of the defendant occurred automatically. Very organized and each stage is communciarted. I ordered the paralegal package and they helped with what I should bring and answered a few questions I had. In the end, my customer settled and they helped me dismiss. I didn’t need court. They seem to care . Recommend !
