GBGood call tracking program Good call tracking program. Priced competitivlely for small businesses. I use it for clients to track the effectiveness of print and digital marketing campaigns. Four stars because the login page isn’t super clear and the campaign set up could be a little easier with maybe some examples inserted into the fields or a little info button on each to explain what the field is for. Also, there are a number of locations that aren’t covered so I often have to choose a near by city for tracking numbers.

GBClunky platform Clunky platform, questionable data, difficult implementation. Does not deliver based on what is promised. Would not recommend to anyone.

CAGreat Concept. Clunky in Execution The concept is great. A bit clunky in the execution. The online interface is hard to navigate, especially in our case where we have a few different offices and we need to repeat steps to make changes. Support staff can be slow to respond.
