I needed to have a prior DUI case expunged for licensing reasons and it was a pleasure of an experience !! The process was very simple with virtually everything done via E-mail other than the live signature on the court document. Scott was very prompt returning "all" email correspondence. Wasn't much of a need for a lot of phone conversations so other than the initial conversation and the live signature and a 49 cent stamp, everything was handled electronically and quickly.
