They seem to be good value for money although payment up front was a little tedious (we are a medium sized UK based Trade Mark firm so we were expecting some sort of credit terms, requiring our client to pay us up front was out of the ordinary for them).

Patient, timely, detailed and thorough I am completely new to the Trademark process.
