GBNeeded help e signing my document Called today because I was creating a early termination lease letter to get out if my current apartment 2 months earlier due to severe issues. I had trouble figuring out how to e sign the document and Angel helped me out and was very patient with me because I was having extreme anxiety even creating my document. So, all in all, Angel was great!

GBI GIVE ZERO STARS I GIVE ZERO STARS. I would give this company a zero if I could for customer service. I used the service one-time on a trial basis. I missed the email they sent the same day stating following the 7-day trial I would be enrolled in a monthly subscription. I never received another email from them nor have I ever logged back into the account since the first time. I recently realized I've been paying them monthly for seven months, and the subscription price went up during that time without warning or communication. In total I have paid $279.65. When I contacted customer service they attempted to solve the problem by refunding me one month. When I said I appreciated the one-month and would take it but would still be contacting my cc company, Trust Pilot and BBB they told me they would not be able to refund me at all if I chose to pursue other options. They absolutely could, and I feel should, refund me for the six months I never used the service.
