Professional My husband and I was very impressed with Amy Hodges. She was knowledgeable and had a professional attitude towards her work. She is patient and keep you inform to each step towards your bankruptcy. Each time I called Amy responded either called or email me back. She makes you feel comfortable in making such an important step in your life.

Over joyed experience Today I had the pleasure of sitting down with Mrs. Mary Farley. The care,concern,and attention she paid with my concerns were exceptional. I could not have askedfor a better experience than what I received today. A person would do themself a disservice by not taking the time to sit down with Mary to see if they ( the office of John Orcutt) can assist them.

But the staff and especially Ms Farley were very friendly and helpful which made my visit much easier. I really didn't want to file bankruptcy, but my current conditions (I am losing my job) left me no other choice. Ms Farley went over all the paperwork in detail and ensured I understood all the ramifications for this process. She answered all my questions and even though I still feel bad about filing, the process is there for people who have no other choices. Great customer service!

Christina was the best! Christina turned my experience around. I wanted to just not go through with it after an experience I had in the office. I think it's very unprofessional for a staff member to discuss my personal business in front of the four people who were in the waiting area. I was very upset, however Christina took care of me in a very professional manner. I appreciate her more than she knows.
