Doug I think you did an OK job of negotiating my settlement however you did a terrible job of keeping me up dated on what was going on. Often I would hear from the IRS what I needed to do and then hear from you 2-3 weeks later the same thing.

I didn't know where to turn to ask for help I had a tax problem which was huge to me as a senior citizen living on a limited income. I had a one-time income boost which was used to pay off some debts. My income didn't have anywhere near enough to pay the tax bill. Best I owed the IRS over $150,000 and never saw a way out. I finally decided to get my issue cleaned up and I am sooooo happy I found Defense Tax Group.
