In 6 months time, they did nothing! I employed DTR in September of 2015. In October of 2015, I sent them the many documents that they asked for. Two months later, they requested the SAME DOCUMENTS AGAIN and accused me of not sending the documents in October. In December, one of the attorneys that had Power of Attorney for us left Direct Tax Relief. We were informed of this by the IRS THREE WEEKS after he left DTR! After numerous phone calls and emails that were not returned, we finally got smart and hired someone else in April. In less than a month, our issue was straightened out and we owed even less than we originally thought. My advice: DO NOT HIRE DIRECT TAX RELIEF unless you want to spend more on interest and you don't want good service.

Professional Staff My husband and I decided to hire Direct Tax Relief based on their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, which was a smart move on our end. They were really knowledgeable and were very patient with us during the entire process. Our lien has been removed and now we can move on with our lives…can’t thank this company and their tax experts enough!

Direct tax relief saved the day! After finding out Direct Tax Relief was in business for 7 years, I was ready to sign up…the only problem was I couldn’t afford their fee, but they allowed us to split up our payments. We did have to come up with documents and copies of our mortgage and vehicle registration during the negotiations process with the IRS, but at the end we couldn’t believe that our $67,000 debt was settled for only $4500.
