GBProcess is a struggle right now Going through the paperwork process now. So far, it hasn't been the best experience. When I submit a question for help, I receive a generic response that does not address my question at all. Chat support is never open and available, I have to call in or send an email. I had to resubmit my paperwork three times because the answers on my questionnaire were transcribed incorrectly finalized paperwork and each resubmission takes an additional 2 business days to edit (even if it's one field that is incorrect). I hope that this process will get smoother, but so far, I am not pleased with the experience or level of customer support.

GBi did not realize how easy this is to do online ive spent four years trying to find the best way to do this without it costing me a fortune The exsperiance with Trustpilot was so simple and easy to use I am having trouble getting past the phone and email for my husband to my knowledge he does not have one he destroyed phones I replaced another of Minette help line is not helping me I need to.
